By accessing, browsing, or using the CareerMaps India website ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CareerMaps India.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document, you are strictly prohibited from using our Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

CareerMaps India provides an online directory comprising data-driven career roadmaps, salary matrices, entrance exam timelines, and interactive tools (such as the Career Matrix Assessment and Compare Engine) designed for educational and informational purposes.

We do not operate as an educational institution, recruitment agency, or a guaranteed placement firm. Our Platform acts strictly as an informational aggregator.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Data Scraping: Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or crawlers to extract, copy, or scrape data, career roadmaps, or salary metrics from the Platform.
• Commercial Exploitation: Reproducing, duplicating, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Platform for commercial gain without express written consent.
• Disruption: Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property. It is your sole responsibility to cross-verify all entrance exam patterns, eligibility criteria, and administrative rules directly with the official governing bodies (e.g., UPSC, NTA, ICAI, DGCA) before making any final career decisions or financial commitments.

In no event will we, our directors, employees, or editorial partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We hold no liability for the outcome of any examinations you undertake, nor do we guarantee employment, salary scales, or admission into any educational institution based on the roadmaps provided on this Platform.

The Platform may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") such as official government portals, examination bodies, and educational institutions. Such Third-Party Websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us.

We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Platform. Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. CareerMaps India and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
